Peacock Plant (Calathea makoyana) Embroidery Art
Regular price
$55.00
Simple and modern embroidery art. The piece is stretched on to canvas stretcher bars so it is ready to adorn your home. If you would like to make your own, check out my patterns!
I used a fiber art tool called a punch needle to create the embroidery art. Traditionally, punch needles were used for creating intricate images in rug-making. The artist wove the yarn into a foundation cloth similar to making a tapestry.
Details:
Measurements- 9 in. by 11 in.

Care- Please do not pinch and pull at the threads, or let your pet do that. The thread is continuous, so if a loop does come out, please use a large tapestry needle to poke it gently back through.
